Job Description:

• Understand queries coming from new prospects, engage and understand their needs.
• Research and recommend courses, community activities, etc based on their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
• Build and maintain professional networks.
• Make phone calls, converse over audio and text messaging with prospective customers.
• Open to working late night or early morning shift to support international customers.

Requirements:

• Excellency in people interaction skills.
• Ability to think independently and innovatively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented , desire to deliver results.
• Good command in English.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM).
