JOB OVERVIEW:
Cabin Service Trainer:
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis by identifying gaps in existing Performance & designing training through benchmarking industry standards.
- Designing and developing Training modules that ensure consistent delivery of Service Excellence.
- Delivery of interactive and engaging Service Training courses that develop individual Cabin Crew job proficiency, interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Competencies
- Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written capability; appropriate body language.
- Confident and a good public speaker – able to engage audiences, connect with them and respond calmly to queries and doubts.
- Understands principles of adult learning pedagogy – able to adapt to the learners preferred style.
