Roles and Responsibility:
  • Resolve customers’ queries and issues through voice, email and chat channels following the defined process.
  • Meet the average response time along with productivity while ensuring you follow all quality parameters.
  • Ensure all SLAs are accomplished with 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the team lead to ensure the best customer service is being delivered and all customer queries/issues are being resolved with clarity and promptness.
  • Focus on providing first time resolution to customer.


Qualification:
  • Basic knowledge of MS office applications and Google suite.
  • Min 1 to 2+ years experience in voice, email, or chat processes.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts and week offs / 6th day (24*7 environment).
  • Knowledge of online games/ real money games and skill-based games will be an added advantage.
  • Multilingual candidates will be preferred.
