Experience: Freshers to 2 years
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Scrutiny and verification of document.
- Quality check as per client SOP.
- Understanding & processing the customer request on systems.
- MIS Reports, Advance Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Sumif, Countif).
- Mail follow up & Client coordination.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Comfortable with rotational day shifts and over-time.
- Good Communication Skills.
Desired Candidate Profile: Knowledge about advance excel (VLookup/HLookup/Pivot Table/SumIf/CountIf/MIS)
